DRESS REHEARSALS:
Tuesday May 27th & Wednesday May 28th @ Dock Mennonite Academy:

*Arrive @ 4:45 PM *
Recreational Students: Come in costume, ready to perform! Once your routine has rehearsed on stage you are free to leave.
ALL PARENTS: You are allowed to take pictures and videos of performances at Dress Rehearsal only.
Seating is open to anyone and anywhere in the audience.
PICTURES:
THURSDAY MAY 29TH: HELD @ POWER & GRACE STUDIO 122 PACIFIC DRIVE
***Hair and make up are your choice for pictures. Come a little early to pick out your pose and be ready in costume!!! Late arrivals will effect the remaining picture times.***
ORDERING PHOTOS:
When ordering photos you will choose from the selections below. When you click on the link to the form you will need to follow these steps:
- Open file
- Go to file: scroll down to "Make a Copy" then when this screen pops up------>
change the file name to your dancer's first and last name instead and then click "Make a copy". - Then Edit the document to include the information needed including Dancer's Name, Parent's Name, Phone, Email Address & Payment Option you prefer
- Then when finished filling out all necessary information, click on the share button in the top right corner and share to this email address: laurilynngilmore@gmail.com

RECITAL VIDEO:
Order forms will be available at the event and prior.
TICKETS:
Recital tickets are first come first serve and hand-picked by you based on a seating chart.
ALL PREVIOUS BALANCES must be paid in order to buy tickets.
Family members of your child cannot buy tickets either until your previous balances are paid.
Ticket Price:
$25 per show
$40 for both
Children who are 4 and under who sit on an adult lap are FREE

Any tickets purchased on the day of the Shows will be general admission and seating will be limited.
RECITAL ADS & LOVE NOTES:
We have hundreds of people at our Recital which makes for great exposure for any small or large business. If you would like to put an ad in our program use the link below. Parents who just want to do a shout-out to your special dancer, your participation will help pay for the program expenses.
All ads & love notes must be received by Friday May 16th at the latest.
RECITAL T-SHIRTS:
Can be purchased ahead of time using the order form link below. All orders must be received by May 19th. We may have a small number of extras to sell at the rehearsals and shows.
FOOD:
Will be sold outside in front of the school before and after shows and during the brief intermission.
Absolutely no food or drinks other than water are permitted in the school or auditorium!
FLOWERS:
Flowers will be sold at the Recital for your special performer!

SHOW COURTESIES:
Remain seated during performances
If you need to use the restroom: quietly exit once a routine finishes and before the next one starts
Stay for the whole show
Cheer loudly for performances
NO FOOD OR DRINKS (water only)
1 program per family. At the end of the show if extras are still available you can take more.
NO FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY OR VIDEOGRAPHY OF PERFORMANCES.
